What is a clip?
A clip is a short video scene or segment, similar to a slide in a PowerPoint presentation. Clips are joined together and
rendered into a video, optionally with transition effects between them.
How long is a clip?
The length of a clip involving spoken content depends on your script. The starter plan has a limit of 120 words (about 60 seconds)
per clip, while the professional plan allows up to 250 words (about 120 seconds) per clip.
What are video credits?
Video credits are credits used to generate videos and and AI images. Each plan has a monthly
allowance of video credits.
How many credits do I need to render a video?
The number of credits required to render a video depends on the number of altered clips in the video. Each clip uses one credit
to render, so a video with six clips will require six credits. However, if you re-render a video after editing only some of the
clips, you will need credits for the new edited clips only. There is a one credit minimum so if you change the soundtrack or transitions of a video,
you will be charged one credit.
How does my credit card get charged?
The credit card associated with your subscription is automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Charges are based on the subscription plan you select.
We offer three plans: Starter, Professional, and Enterprise, with monthly and yearly billing options.
What are the differences between yearly and monthly plans?
The difference between yearly and monthly plans is the billing cycle. Monthly plans are billed each
month, while yearly plans are billed annually at a 30% discount compared to the monthly billing rate.
The features and credit allowances remain the same for both billing cycles.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time. When your plan is canceled, you will still have access to your
current subscription until the next renewal date. Your plan will not be renewed. Please note that yearly
plans are paid upfront for the entire year at a discounted price, so you won’t be refunded for the
unused months.
Can I request a refund if I cancel my subscription?
You may request a refund if you cancel your subscription within 24 hours of your purchase and
have generated less then 5 minutes of videos. Refunds are not available to customers on custom pricing or enterprise plans.

Do unused credits carry over to the next month?
No, unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Your credit allowances reset at the
beginning of each month according to your plan.
If I pay for an annual subscription, will I receive my entire credits allowance for the year?
No, the credit allowance for an annual subscription is the same as for a monthly subscription. The only
difference is that you receive a 30% discount by paying upfront for the year.
Can I purchase additional credits to add to my monthly or yearly plan?
No, but you can upgrade your plan or contact us for your specific needs.
Do my working previews count towards my credit allowance?
No, you can edit and preview your working clips anytime without using credits. Credits are deducted only when you render clips or use AI to generate images.
Can I go over my credit allowance?
